1 fresh cucumber
1 medium lemon
A few leaves of mint
A piece of ginger root (careful not to big)
8 cups of water
Wash, cut lemon, mint leaves and cucumber into small pieces, put them with the water in a jar. Peel and chop the ginger root, then add it to the jar and cover the jar well.
Keep the jar in the fridge for one day and the drink is ready for consumption.
It is suggested to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and also before bed. You can also drink it whenever you feel thirsty throughout the day. Zero side effects and helps you lose the excess fat in your stomach!!
