If you haven’t tried a Far Infrared Sauna….you need to! It is a wonderful way to detox and I’ve had clients lose weight from weekly sauna sessions. I can honestly say that I genuinely crave the Far Infrared Sauna (FIR) in my house during the winter time, nothing beats a good cleansing sweat during the colder months.

Here are but 10 great reasons to seek out and use a FIR sauna. Dr. Masao Nakamura of the O and P Medical Clinic in Japan has done extensive studies regarding FIR saunas in the treatment for the following:

  1. Blood cleansing at a level that no other heat treatment does
  2. Arthritis, Gout, Rheumatoid, DJD (each substantially relieved or improved)

  4. Gastroenteric Problems
